Its adaptability allows it to resonate with different epochs, providing a framework for addressing contemporary challenges. Regardless of our global location, adhering to Islamic principles, particularly those outlined in Sharia, remains paramount. In the present era, Muslims from diverse nations have embarked on journeys to the International Space Station, with more anticipated to follow suit. This development poses a unique challenge for Islamic scholars, prompting the need for comprehensive and meticulous jurisprudential research to address the specific issues faced by Muslim astronauts in space. Among these challenges, determining the timing and conduct of prayers emerges as a significant concern, demanding thoughtful solutions within the framework of Sharia. This article aims to offer comprehensive guidance to Muslim astronauts on performing prayers in the International Space Station in accordance with Sharia principles, recognizing the complexities of the space environment and the importance of upholding religious obligations even in such extraordinary circumstances.
