The Research article delves in to the unique methadology employed by Imam Bukhari and other muhadditheen, which compiling hadith collections. It explore the nuanced use of terminology such as "Kitab" for aggregating similar gendered Ahadiths and "Bab" for categorizing diverse types of Ahadith within the same subject.Muhadditheen believe that Bukhari's examime & scholastic expertise was hidden in the chapters heading of his famous hadith book" Sahih Al Bukhari(فقہ البخاری فی تراجمہ). He had very depthly used Fiqah & given logical & deductive treatment to the hadith text. The article emphasizes the significance of consulting these chapters to access the treasures of knowledge and wisdom. Various scholars' approaches to translating and organizing these chapters are discussed, ranging from cautious translations to simplified compilations and, at times, in-depth interpretations reflecting their superior understanding of fiqh. The study underscores the role of prominent figures like Imam Bukhari, who meticulously arranged the chapters not merely to compile hadiths but to derive and elucidate legal and doctrinal issues. The concept of "Fiqh al-Bukhari" is introduced, shedding light on the profound inference applied in organizing hadiths. In the contemporary era, the research argues that delving into the chapters of hadith collections, especially those by Imam Bukhari, is imperative for a comprehensive understanding of the issues derived from these eminent scholars' sayings. The article concludes by emphasizing the necessity of exploring these chapters for a thorough comprehension of the nuanced issues inherent in the profound sayings of the Prophet.
